The conference is always an exciting and interesting day. Let me give you a bit of background to the Guild and the purpose of the Conference to put things in context.

Our members care about the way they do things and strive to be as professional as they can be in a sector that is beset by claims of sharp practice and lack of standards. In other words – they care about doing a good job. We offer the only BTEC level 4 in Residential Lettings and Management in the UK and demand the highest standards as a condition of Guild membership. This link giving a video summary of last year’s event:
This year our aim is as follows: “Our conference this year will focus on Education, Standards & Excellence. Each year we try to provide something different at our annual conference and once again, this year will be no exception. At the Guild we do not underestimate the value of our delegates, sponsors and exhibitors having the opportunity to engage with one another and network.

Our speakers will bring a range of experience and will provide you with motivation, guidance, practical ideas and support to ensure that during this significant period of change you can be head and shoulders above your competitors. We will focus on the Legal, the Technical, the Managerial, and the Motivational.
