2008 Annual Seminar

This year’s Guild of Letting and Management Seminar was held at the Marriott Hotel, Regents Park, London, on the 8th February.

Susie Crolla, Managing Director, opened the Seminar referring to the continuing success of the BTEC diploma, together with a mention to all candidates on their successful completion of the course and passing their exams. A BTEC lunch was held on their honour, where candidates received their certificates in addition to some candidates receiving achievement awards. Susie commented that with number of candidates coming through since the BTEC’s launch in 2006 proved that people working in the lettings industry were keen to advance their professional learning. The Guild of Letting and management continue to attract new members each month and prides itself on knowing its members on an individual and personal basis.

This year the Guild was fortunate to be joined by speakers whose roles are crucial to the letting industry. All our speakers were well received and it was agreed that all delegates left with new knowledge and food for thought.

We extend special thanks to all our speakers and sponsors and to the Marriott hotel conference staff, whose support was essential to making this event a success.
